Cache Valley Wants Even More Members
LOGAN, Utah—The Social Media Club of Cache Valley (SMCCV) President is currently looking for additional members.
Club President Preston Parker has organized many recruiting efforts, and the group is growing because of them. “We are the premier social media club in the state of Utah,” Parker said. Since becoming an official club in August, 2009, the SMCCV has grown to over 100 members. The organization is ran by seven board members, all of whom Parker considers “prominent.”

ReplyDeleteIt seems as if your second paragraph has your boilerplate included in it. You'll want to make sure that you are following format for spacing guidlines. Great job on your dateline. Heading may be a bit misleading.

I think you did a great job starting the press release, but in class we discussed that your quote should be saved for either your second or third paragraph. Overall it's a good starting point for your press release.
